A Healthy Breakfast Idea.

An hour or so before breakfast..

Combine 2 or 3 tablespoons of Rolled oats.

sprinkle with cinnamon, cardamon or garam masala.

2 to 3 tablespoons of almond meal.

2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.

juice of 1/2 an orange.

 

When ready to eat add fresh fruit and nuts to taste.
